An important part of mental health is learning to redirect unhelpful thoughts and create healthy, balanced thoughts.
Two professional therapists will share simple, effective techniques and tips using mantras on sticky notes to help you redirect thoughts with phenomenal results. This workshop addresses an array of mental health and wellness topics such as: anxiety, self-care, gratitude, breathwork, goal setting, self-confidence, humor, assumptions, releasing control, visualizations, perfectionism, self-compassion, and more.
