Tai Chi offers an enjoyable hour of beneficial\, low-impact exercise that can provide meaningful health benefits—particularly for balance\, flexibility\, posture and over-all well-being. SUMMARY:Youth Sewing: Make a Halloween Treat Bag
DESCRIPTION:  \nIn this class\, students will be introduced to beginning basic sewing skills using a sewing machine. Each student will make their own fun and festive Halloween Treat Bag\, choosing from multiple fabric\, color and design choices. \nStudents will learn about sewing machines and how to thread the machine\, sew straight lines and  follow shapes as they sew together their own fun\, festive\, reusable and fully lined Halloween treat bag. \nClass will include a 30 minute lunch break. \nOpen to all youth ages 8-14 \nLOCATION: Class will be held at The Holland Center.\nFORMAT: In-person classroom\nINSTRUCTION METHOD: Hands-on\, Workshop\nAGES: Youth ages 8-14\nEXPERIENCE LEVEL: Beginner\nPREREQUISITES: None\nWHAT TO BRING: Please bring a lunch\, water\, and wear closed-toe shoes\nFEE: $15.00 – includes use of sewing machines and materials.
