In 4 Tuesday morning workshops, capture cactus flowers with a variety of art mediums–completing one or two pictures and illustrated envelopes in each session. Beginners: This is a great introduction to drawing, watercolor, acrylic painting, gold-leafing, and other techniques.

Instructor will first explain how to use the tools and techniques, then draw or paint a complete step-by-step demonstration. Next, he will provide individual guidance as you create the same image in this fun, no-stress series.

INSTRUCTOR NAME: Larry Charles

Larry has been teaching art at The Holland Center for many years. His professional work is displayed at several touring museum exhibitions, and his commissioned work appears frequently in national magazines and books featuring the top designer homes in New York City. Larry was the worldwide creative director for the largest agency on Madison Avenue for 14 years, and has served as president of the Scottsdale Artists’ School. He frequently lectures and writes articles for international art magazines.
