Room Options

Acacia Classroom

The Acacia Classroom accommodates up to 30 people. It offers a variety of set-up options. This room is ideal for social groups, meetings, seminars, instructional classes and receptions. Plus, it offers beautiful views of Black Mountain.

Cholla Conference Room

The Cholla is a conference room that accommodates up to 12 people. It contains a permanent conference table with leather conference chairs.

This room is ideal for board meetings, social clubs, seminars and instructional classes.

 

Mesquite Studio

The Mesquite is a multi-purpose room that can accommodate up to 30 people. This room is ideal for all art mediums classes, dance lessons, instructional courses, testing taking, meetings or children’s events.

It is our only meeting room without carpeted floor and has a water source inside.

Quail North and Quail South

Quail North and South is 2237 square feet combined to accommodate up to 200 for a reception, 100 for a banquet and 130 for a theater. It has built-in overhead front projection, large screen and stage lighting. A perfect room for lectures, performances, receptions, special events, banquets and meetings.

This room can also be divided for smaller events.
