NAVAJO RUG & JEWELRY SHOW

February 2026

A Lifeline for Native Americans

Shop for one-of-a-kind handmade Navajo rugs, jewelry, and crafts — and experience Native music, weaving demonstrations & stories, and cultural teachings. 100% of all proceeds directly support the Navajo Elders and help reduce the extreme poverty and hardship they face on the Navajo Reservation. Purchase something special knowing that you will also be uplifting their spirits and hearts.

“You might think you’re just buying a rug, but you are providing so much more than that. You are giving someone hope. Most of our weavers are in their 80s and 90s. These Elders don’t speak English and have no means of travel or places to sell their rugs. For many of the Navajo grandmas, selling their rugs to you here is a life-saving opportunity.”
~Linda Myers, Adopt-A-Native-Elder Founder

Enrichment opportunities in art come in many forms at The Holland Center. And in the many years now that we’ve hosted the Navajo Rug & Jewelry Show, thousands of people have been touched by the Navajo Elder Weavers who enrich our lives through their art. It’s a memorable cultural awareness event that we’re privileged to experience in our area.

“Our elders show us it’s possible to succeed while staying true to who we are. They’ve taught us how to live, and we must care for them, honoring their legacy through nonprofits like Adopt-A-Native-Elder and the skills of weaving.”
~Buu Nygren, Navajo Nation President
