Get Involved with DAC – We cannot do it without people like you!
The key to the continued success of the Desert Awareness Committee is membership involvement. This is crucial to the continuation of the exciting and rewarding programs we have developed.
As a member, we offer you an opportunity to learn more about the Sonoran Desert and share with others, both adults and children, the beauty and wonder of this exceptional landscape.
This is your chance to meet interested fellow desert dwellers, share knowledge and experiences, and to get involved in one or more of our ongoing community projects:
• Become an instructor for the Desert Reach school program
• Write articles for our natural history series A Desert Place
• Stewardship care of Desert Awareness Park in Cave Creek
• Participate in our adult education community outreach programs
• Join us on our desert discover hikes
