PRESENTER: Rick Pearce
Rick spent his career as a corporate and executive vice president in management of research, development, and engineering. Following his retirement, he has been an active volunteer for the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy since 2013, where he has completed numerous natural and human history courses, presented at City of Scottsdale library lectures, and mentored new stewards. Rick has taken on a variety of key leadership roles, including chair of the Core Leadership Team and chair of the Guided Hike and Bike program. In addition, he has participated on the Education Steering Committee and in the Citizen Science program, and he has worked on Conservancy fundraising.
