PRESENTER NAME: Lauren Strait

Her work with seniors is deeply personal. Lauren served as a caregiver for her grandfather and experienced firsthand the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges that come with unexpected life changes. That journey shaped her mission: to help families have important conversations sooner, create thoughtful plans, and navigate transitions with confidence and dignity.
Through her interactive “Senior Transitions Jeopardy” presentation, Lauren brings education and awareness to common challenges surrounding aging, housing, and decision-making. Her goal is simple—if even one person or family leaves feeling more prepared, empowered, and supported, then the conversation was worth having.
Today, Lauren combines her real estate expertise, community connections, and heart for service to help seniors and their families make informed, lifestyle-driven decisions for the next chapter.
