This two-day workshop features the Holland Center’s drawing instructors in the Valley’s first of its kind pen-and-ink class. Adrienne Lee Cohen will demonstrate and mentor students in how to get special effects in ink: fur, wood, glass, and feathers. Larry Charles will show how to compose a pen-and-ink scene and use a special technique to get a mistake-proof image.
SERIES DATES: 2 day class: Wednesday, January 14th 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and Thursday, January 15 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
FORMAT: In-person classroom
SUPPLIES: All the supplies are provided and a set of ink pens will be given to each student take home for their collection.
Adrienne Lee Cohen has a lifelong passion for art and a dedication to sharing creativity with others. With a background in fine arts and multi- media design, she has developed a strong foundation in various artistic techniques, from painting to mixed media crafts.
