INSTRUCTOR BIO:
David Decker is owner of Humani Tours and Travel, a locally-based travel agency with agents across the USA that design custom vacations and help multi-generational customers book individual, family, and group trips anywhere in the world. David is a whiz at leveraging his experience in customer insights and analytics to optimize travel costs and benefits for his customers, using frequent flyer and loyalty programs, as well as marketing technology and CRM tools. He also serves his community and country through various volunteer and professional roles as a board member and fundraising chairperson for two non-profit organizations and a FEMA reservist. He is also pursuing a PhD in sociocultural anthropology at Arizona State University, where he also worked on a grant as a program manager for the Center for Digital Antiquity.
