Festival of Trees Entry
This unique fundraiser will feature one-of-a-kind Christmas trees and wreaths, each thoughtfully designed around creative themes by local businesses, artists, and community members. These beautiful creations will be displayed throughout The Holland Center during the Winter Artisans Gift Market, where visitors can admire them and place bids through our silent auction.
By participating, you’ll have the opportunity to share your creativity, showcase your business, and make a lasting impact. Together, we will create a magical holiday experience that brings joy while supporting a meaningful cause. Every dollar raised benefits The Holland Center and its programs that connect, educate, and inspire our community.
HOW IT WORKS
- Complete the entry form below.
- Trees and wreaths may be set-up at The Holland Center December 1-2 and must be completed by 5pm on the 2nd.
- Silent auction bidding will begin at 5pm on the 2nd and end at 4pm on the 6th.
A FEW HELPFUL TIPS TO MAKE YOUR TREE SPARKLE!
- Choose a creative theme that appeals to a wide audience.
- Give your tree or wreath a festive, creative title.
- Use only new or hand-crafted decorations.
- Keep tree toppers light and secure all items with wire.
- Fragile toppers or decor? Please provide the original box for delivery.
- Keep all receipts — The Holland Center will acknowledge your in-kind
donation. - Everything displayed on or under the tree will be auctioned with it.
DESIGNING YOUR TREE
- Think full and festive! Plan for about 10 decorations per square foot.
- Include lights, a topper, ornaments, and a skirt or base covering.
- Mix it up with ribbons, garland, ornaments, fabric, or small wrapped boxes.
- Secure any loose pieces so they travel safely.
