Perhaps the biggest myth is that nothing can be done to reduce the risk of loss or damage. Individuals living in wildfire prone areas are not only responsible for reducing the risk on their property; they have an important role to play in their community’s preparedness strategy. A wealth of information will be presented by the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management Prevention Division.
