This gentle class introduces Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs)—slow, guided joint circles that support joint health, reduce stiffness, and build confidence in everyday movement. Participants explore comfortable, pain-free motion with breath and awareness. Chairs and standing options provided. Floor work can be modified.No experience needed. Participants will explore small, comfortable movements through multiple joints while learning how intentional, controlled motion helps keep joints resilient and functional over time. The class emphasizes awareness, breath, and moving within a pain-free range—without stretching or forcing.
