Receive lifestyle and stress management tips to help your mind and nervous system maintain grace under pressures of life stresses that come with aging, such as moving, memory, digestion, and sleep issues. Learn breathing practices to strengthen your respiratory system. Discover yoga-ish strengthening and stretching techniques to support a strong, flexible body.

In this course, you will learn easy, effective and enjoyable wellness tips to weave into your daily morning and evening bedtime routines.  Whether you are in your 40’s or 80’s+, you can improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, digestion, sleep quality, and stress levels through daily self-care routines that include movement, breathing meditation, and holistic self-care rituals.

Class is suitable for beginners. Modifications and lots of encouragement are shared. Bring yoga or exercise mat and a blanket. Before starting new exercise routine, please consult your doctor.

Kellen Brugman is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant, and yoga teacher. In 2001, after 10 years in corporate banking and marketing, she changed careers in order (and holy chaos) to follow her heart’s calling. Kellen has taught at community centers, colleges, hospitals, and yoga studios in North Carolina, Nashville, California, and Michigan. And is excited to now call Carefree, AZ home. She leads corporate wellness courses, spiritual retreats, lifelong learning classes, and stress management events.
