And get three fun self-care tips to keep your cool in desert heat so you can enjoy a cool body and chill attitude all summer long. Mocktail includes a festive, edible garnish.  Don’t let heat exhaustion, heartburn or cranky moods ruin your hike or family vacation.  Kellen will share an easy yoga-ish pose, effective breathing method, and enjoyable self-care remedy to help you beat the heat! Includes mocktail tasting and a cooling cookie sample from the Organic Bread Cafe bakery!

Speaker Bio

Kellen is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant. She’s taught wellness courses for Aveda, lululemon, Vanderbilt Hospital, St. Thomas Hospital, and healthcare facilities in California, Nashville, Arizona, and Michigan. She teaches wellness courses, spiritual retreats, lifelong learning classes, and stress management events.
