Create a forever green cactus garden. This garden will never wither. What will you put in your garden? Kathy provides lots of colorful glass ideas. Using an 15 x 8 inch sheet of clear glass you will design cactus to make your garden unique. Frit (ground glass), glass pebbles, thin rods of glass and background. This class does not require glass cutting skills.

Kathy Nelson spent most of her life on the West Coast. She enjoys working with students and has developed multiple classes to help others appreciate the world of glass. She especially like the durability of Egyptian class, and it amazes her that something so fragile could exist for millennia. Fused glass is her current focus, as the play of light remains a fascination.
