Desert Awareness Committee is hosting this FREE WORKSHOP on how to maintain your desert landscaping and raise healthy plants as they kick-off their 50th Anniversary! Join our DAC “master gardeners” to learn how you can keep your yard looking like a native lush, colorful desert, but with little water and no pruning. We help you consider where and what to plant and how to care for it.
We all want to have colorful, beautiful and relaxing grounds surrounding our homes, but no one wants to spend hours out in the heat maintaining the growth. Join us as our Master Gardener guides us in the consideration of placement, coverage, color, growth rates, water use, along with pruning strategies. We will share the recommendations of the Arizona Municipal Water Users Association (AMWUA) when considering water needs of over 400 plants.
Seminar is FREE to all who want to learn more about native plant landscaping using smart choices of plants.
