Learn the importance of situational awareness and simple self-defense moves for the most common situations — defenses that anyone can use and are easy to learn. Participants will practice the techniques and learn confidence for applying them immediately.

Instructor: Sr. Master Laura Sanborn is a 7th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and has been practicing martial arts for over 29 years. She is a nationally certified senior master instructor and Chief of Staff for all KarateBuilt Martial Arts Schools.

Join us for free, one-hour sessions weekday mornings in June featuring artists, experts, and local legends.
