Please join us in attending a new women’s group that has just formed.  We have already had two sessions and, due to popular demand, we are going to do another, including past students and new students.

We all have stories worth sharing, and this is the perfect opportunity.  We use stories to make sense of our world and to share that understanding with others. We continue to learn that challenges can be temporarily draped in failure, but that’s when growth steps in.  As long as we remain open, have a willingness to learn, listen and persevere, we move forward in all areas of life.

Some of the topics that our guide will bring up are marriage and children, health challenges, death or caring for a loved one, adjusting to a career change, what it means to grow older, and retirement. With each topic, your instructor will have food-for-thought suggestions.  This group is open to women.

Prudence Zuzero started out as a physical fitness instructor for 12 years, but she has since had many varied experiences: taught classes in self esteem, helped individuals understand health insurance; piloted a chair exercise for senior citizens; hospice volunteer; helped with the down and out in our society, plus many more. Her passion is being out in life helping others.

Seating is limited and this class fills up fast!  Sign-up below, now!
