Growing older brings experience, perspective—and plenty to think about. Aging Out Loud is a three-session discussion group that brings together a small group of older adults for open, thoughtful conversation about aging and what matters most along the way.

Each 90-minute session introduces a different topic, such as what it means to be “old,” the experiences and values that shape us, looking ahead to the future, and the changing roles of family, friends and caregivers.

Led by a moderator, the group offers an opportunity to share experiences, hear different perspectives and think about your own priorities for aging well.
This is conversation, not group therapy. There are no right answers, no homework and no expectation that anyone has growing older completely figured out.

As Bette Davis famously said, “Growing old isn’t for sissies.” We think it’s worth talking about.
