Whether you’re traveling somewhere exotic this summer or enjoying all Arizona offers, learn how the 10 Commandments of Smartphone Photography along with other tips and tricks will elevate your photos into captivating stories. Your class experience will include demonstrations and hands-on techniques to frame scenes and convey emotion.
In just two (2) sessions, you’ll learn about composition, lighting, editing and more. You will be able to capture jaw-dropping images with your smartphone that say: “YES! I was there – and this is how it felt!” This intimate, high-impact workshop is personal, practical and unforgettable.

INSTRUCTOR NAME: Dan Watts

Dan’s path to photography began at the University of Nebraska, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1975. He later moved to Arizona and founded Nextworld Media to provide photography and print advertising to construction companies, architects, entrepreneurs and non-profits. He worked for Arizona Business Magazine where he expanded his practice to include video and web design. Dan founded Az Smartphone Photography where he teaches on-location workshops, mentoring beginning and professional photographers, through his classes in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.
