This seminar is designed to help you prevent Type 2 Diabetes, and give you as much information as possible on it.  1 out of 3 American adults has prediabetes. It’s very important to know what you are dealing with, how to prevent it, how to help family members, and how to cope with it yourself.

The Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Change Program includes:

  • A proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
  • A CDC-approved curriculum and trained lifestyle coach
  • Weekly meetings for 6 months, and monthly meetings for
    the following 6 months.
  • Support from others like yourself as you learn new skills.

This course is free, but the Holland Center is grateful for donations to help us to keep offering these kinds of programs to our community.
