Loading Events

This class is the second week of an 8-week series of classes to explain how to prevent Diabetes, deal with Diabetes, understand Diabetes, or help someone with Diabetes.  Jana Frederick has broken this series up into weekly classes as she believes that in order to approach something like Diabetes, you need to set small, doable goals and deal with changes in small chunks.

This week, Jana will give you some tips on how to eat well to prevent Type 2 Diabetes.  This class provides information about making better food choices and the recommendations for a diabetes meal plate.

Each session is a stand-alone.  She encourages you to attend all 8 weeks, but if that does not fit into your schedule, please come as often as you can. There is no cost, but donations to the Holland Community Center are certainly welcome. 

You can still sign up for this 8-week class. However we have already had one class, and you must sign up for it by Nov. 30, or you will miss too much.  There is no class on Nov. 23.
