In four Tuesday morning workshops, instructor Larry Charles will answer the biggest challenges facing people who like to draw. Whether you are a beginner or someone ready to go to the next level in realistic drawings, this class will focus on problem-solving at the tip of a pencil.

Charles will begin each session with a discussion of how to draw what you see. In step-by-step demonstrations, he will focus on such topics as faces, perspective, fabric textures, shading, lighting effects, and movement. You will then recreate these techniques in the same drawing as Charles mentors you every step of the way.

The last part of each class will be based upon questions you personally want addressed. How do I make a pet’s fur look real? How do I draw hands? What do I have to do to get water to look as I see it?

Bring your curiosity and willingness to take on the big challenges.
