In this six-week class, you will learn the fundamentals of mindful meditation practice. Designed for beginners, this class demonstrates and explains how to meditate, what to do while meditating, and why meditation can transform your daily life. Includes understanding basic posture, meditative and mindful practices, and exposure to different meditation approaches. All are welcome. The instructor will lead guided meditations during class sessions.

Instructor, Daniel Wayne, is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher trained at the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.

Classes are from 9:00-10:00 am, on October 5, 12, 19, 26, Nov. 2, and 9. All classes are at the Holland Community Center.
