Stay active, comfortable, and confident in your movement with this welcoming, beginner-friendly class designed for all ages. You’ll be gently guided through simple, controlled joint movements—often called Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs)—that help maintain flexibility, support joint health, and ease everyday stiffness.
All exercises are done at a relaxed pace and can be performed while seated, making the class accessible for a wide range of abilities. You’ll explore small, comfortable movements in different parts of the body, learning how steady, mindful motion can keep your joints feeling strong and reliable over time.
There’s no stretching, straining, or pushing through discomfort—just easy, pain-free movement paired with calm breathing and awareness. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy moving in a way that feels good.
