Sun catchers placed in a window display beautiful colors to brighten your day. Come create sun catchers to hang in your widow. No glass cutting skills are required for this class but can be used if desired. You will learn how to use pieces of glass to create bright designs then can then be hung in a window or on a wall. These also make wonderful gifts or can be used as ornaments for Holiday trees. Each student will make up to 5 sun catchers.

All materials are provided by the instructor. Participants should wear closed toed shoes.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Kathy Nelson spent most of her life on the West Coast. She enjoys working with students and has developed multiple classes to help others appreciate the world of glass. She especially like the durability of Egyptian class, and it amazes her that something so fragile could exist for millennia. Fused glass is her current focus, as the play of light remains a fascination.
