This is your chance to find out more about Tai Chi and try out a few moves. You’ll be amazed at how fun and easy it is!

Whether you’ve never tried Tai Chi or are looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a great way to integrate physical activity with mental focus and awareness using Qigong techniques.

Tai Chi helps improve your focus on:

  • Body balance—both external and internal—for helping to maintain a strong, stable posture while keeping movements smooth and controlled.
  • Deep breathing for rejuvenating muscles, bringing in fresh oxygen, and stimulating the brain to stay sharp relaxed.
