Benedict Arnold and Arron Burr. Two men in early American history who were destined for fame. They both overcame numerous personal hardships early in life and were connected by military service and a relationship with the same woman, Peggy Shippen, Arnold’s wife who during the American Revolution turned out to be a British spy. They were key players in America’s youth with Arnold being among George Washington’s most trusted generals and Burr the third Vice-President of the United States. But both slipped to the “dark side” as bruised egos and jealously misguided their behaviors, forever tarnishing their reputations.  Join Jim Sherbert as he shares more on their successful failures.
