Join us for a fun and inspiring creative morning where participants will design and paint two unique flower-themed coasters using easy-to-learn, tangled-style patterns. This relaxing class encourages creativity, play, and self-expression -- one stroke at a time.
Youth ages 14-18 are invited to attend three (3) introductory meetings for free to see if The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Cadet Program is right for them. The program is a community-based policing program designed to educate and engage young men and women in law enforcement functions, whether they decide to enter the field or not. As a Cadet, young adults have the opportunity to assist the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office as volunteers and receive specialized law enforcement training, attend weekly meetings, and volunteer to perform important community services. Along the way, they learn teamwork, responsibility, accountability, leadership, ethics, and other fundamental skills that enable youth to be successful in life.
