
Ignite your child’s curiosity as they journey beyond our world in this fun, interactive introduction to astronomy. This class will explore fascinating topics like black holes, lunar eclipses, the search for extraterrestrial life, and exciting discoveries from NASA. Students will gain a deeper understanding of what studying astronomy could look like as a future career.
Led by two Notre Dame Prep seniors with a passion for STEM, this hands-on session encourages children to ask questions, think like scientists, and discover how astronomy connects to exciting future careers. Each participant will learn how to assemble a miniature lunar eclipse model, reinforcing what they’ve learned through creative, hands-on exploration.
