In the 3 remaining sessions, you’ll progressively learn the first 12 movements of the of Tai Chi, guided by Raymond Sol, MS. Ed. Don’t worry about missing the 1st session, you will easily catch up with the group.
Areas of focus:
- Body balance—both external and internal—for helping to maintain a strong, stable posture while keeping movements smooth and controlled.
- Deep breathing for rejuvenating muscles, bringing in fresh oxygen, and stimulating the brain to stay sharp relaxed.
Whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a great way to exercise both body and mind using Tai Chi and Qigong techniques.

INSTRUCTOR NAME: Raymond Sol
Raymond Sol, MS Ed., a Master’s degree level teacher, has been teaching Tai Chi Guang Ping Yang 64 Form, and The Simplified 25 Form, for more than twenty years. He is a featured guest presenter for professional medical organizations, osteoporosis support groups, holistic nurse associations, and falls prevention workshops. He is a professional member of the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi National Association, International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association, and the Hands-On Trade Association–the premier national association for massage therapists. Ray has numerous certifications including Tai Chi and Taiji for Balance, and has been recognized by Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges for his instructional excellence.
