This 4-session class is designed as an introduction for beginners but can also be taken repeatedly as an enjoyable hour of beneficial exercise where students have reported improvement in balance, flexibility, and posture. Warm-up includes breathing and stretching prior to the Tai Chi movements.
Create one-of-a-kind, captivating glass dragonflies to add an enchanted sparkle to your garden -- or to give as a gift. Combine various glass elements together, including frit ground glass, pebbles of glass, and stringers. No glass cutting skills required. Each student will make one large and one small dragonfly.
