Join us for a morning of music and fun while you learn simple exercises you can do at home to build strength and balance that will help you stay active and enjoy life more.  Strength and resistance training is one of the most important activities we can do for our bodies especially as we get older.  Josh will guide you through a series of exercises you can do at home by yourself, with a friend, and/or with family. This session will focus on lifting mechanics and form and how to use them in everyday lift. Josh will also talk through and show you excercies that you can do at home with no equipment (and with some equipment). No experience needed – simply enjoy moving to a fun mix of nostalgic, upbeat music while you learn ways to build muscle and improve balance.

Sessions start at 10:30 AM. RSVP appreciated below so we can plan accordingly.
